Problems should be handled by your Property Manager or sent through our electronic work order request system, they will then route it to the appropriate staff via a work order. For emergency issues, please call our office on +234 (0) 700 667 7790 during operating hours

This form can now be accessed via our webpage it can now be filled out on line you will then need to print it and have this signed copy delivered to the head office

Time frame for maintenance request  is detailed in your property handbook. However, we try our best to attend to major issues as soon as possible

In order to have work done on premises, a work order request form has to be filled and submitted which requires details of the building and type of request to be made, work orders will be evaluated and prioritized, and facilities staff will respond to requests as soon as possible.

Our work is done on a first-come, first-served basis, with jobs involving health and safety issues taking priority. Facilities Management makes every attempt to get the work done in a timely manner.
