ACCOMODATION & MOVES

Reservations can be made during working hours through our customer care hotline call +234 (0) 700 667 7790 to make reservations.

Yes, occupants can move out at any point during the license agreement, as our dedicated reservations team will aim to find a replacement as fast as possible if the premise does not suit your needs.

If your living space has been secured, and you intend to cancel reservation due to uncertain circumstances you may be required to pay a cancellation fee

No additional fees are charged

The standard length of our License agreement depends on your stay

Rent can be paid using cash, business cheque or bank transfer.

Mosaic requires very little documentation; occupants who are ready to move into their new business premises or resident’s should have permits (expatriates only)

No, pets are not allowed in the building premises  however, depending on your residents we will confirm.
