B Akinlagun

Antonia Akinlagun
Managing Director

As Managing Director for Mosaic, Antonia is responsible for all operations and business lines across the company, including business development. Antonia is a dynamic, multi-tasking, and result-oriented professional with accomplished experience of 18 years in Property, Facilities Management, and Real Estate development handling various types of commercial, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments from inception to handover.

With deep and broad expertise in the Facilities Management industry, commencing with hands-on roles that have developed across the commercial, residential, retail, and government sectors. Antonia provides service solutions that empower knowledge and task workers to focus on their jobs in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Antonia studied Business Information Systems & Human Resources at Middlesex University after where she proceeded on a course in Project Management and is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS). Antonia has IFMA and FMA certifications and has presented at several conferences across the region.  She worked for several highbrow organizations for several years in England and Nigeria before setting up Mosaic in 2008.

Solomon Balogun

Operations & Special Projects

He manages the day-to-day operations and the service delivery of subcontractor and associated contractors (in conjunction with procurement staff) to optimize “value for money” throughout all areas, ensuring that all FM technology is being fully utilized and that it is “fit for purpose” throughout all Mosaic. Solomon has been responsible for all maintenance requests through Mosaic, including apartments, townhouses, villas, and reactive maintenance for Mosaic external projects. He proactively manages the team of qualified technicians, implementing technical evaluations of materials and assets and developing preventative and reactive maintenance

Solomon graduated with Upper Credit from The Polytechnic Ibadan in Statistics, graduating with honours, he is also a full member of the Chartered Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria. He has worked in various construction companies before joining Mosaic. He possesses good interpersonal skills with the ability to meet set managerial goals.

Esther Aliu
Business Solutions & Marketing Executive

Esther is a senior Sales and Business Development Executive with more than ten years of experience in delivering sustained revenue and profit in Information Technology and Telecommunications with extensive knowledge of strategic market planning and business processes. Esther as the head of Business Solutions & Marketing provides budgetary reports for Business Plus, Business Solutions, and Marketing (including but not limited to travel, hotel, PR, memberships, magazine, marketing, charities, Exhibitions, CSR (corporate social responsibility), headcount, training.

Esther also oversees and acts as the final authority on all Marketing activities including corporate branding, public relations, conferences, trade shows, seminars, product development, product placement, marketing collateral, market analysis/intelligence, price analysis/comparisons, forums, and feedback.

She studied Civil engineering at the University of Jos and also has a diploma in project management. She has several years of experience in building construction and project management.

Olalekan Yussuf is a Barrister and Solicitors of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with vast experience in Regulatory and Compliance issues including tax-related matters, Banking, and Finance Law including issues bothering financial technology, corporate advisory services, commercial transaction, general civil and commercial litigation as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Olalekan Yussuf obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB honours) from the University of Lagos, and an (LLM, International & Commercial Law)  from the
University of Buckingham.

He has advised and represented clients in all superior courts of record in Nigeria. The finesse and experience which he brings to bear in our services enable him to proffer innovative legal solutions and advice to our company legal issues.

Accounts & Finance

As the head of accounting Kamorudeen handles all financial records of Mosaic. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.   He is a Chartered   Accountant, and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Portfolio and Debt Management Institute of Nigeria (PDMIN), and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He has an MSc in finance from University of Lagos (UNILAG) Akoka in 2008 and also, a master’s degree in Diplomacy and Strategy Studies from University of Lagos, Akoka 2013.

He had a spell in Gurch Nigeria Limited in 2008 as an Accountant from where he moved to M.A. Ola Yusuf & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Senior. He thereafter joined Skye blue aviation Limited as Accounts Manager.

He later moved to Greater Washington Capital as a Senior Revenue Accountant and became the head of Finance and Accounts of the Organization that same year, a position he held till 2015 when he moved to Bridged Wall Consulting as a Partner, attended several training programs both local and overseas. At M. A. Ola Yusuf & Co. He was a lead consultant in charge of statutory audit/due diligence of several banks, insurance, and other financial institutions.

Kamorudeen has extensive diversified client services experience in Tax, Auditing, Corporate finance, financial reporting, and business process controls/compliance for specialized industries including insurance, banking, manufacturing, energy, multinationals, and the public sector.

Oluwadamilola is responsible for providing affirmation in various human resources function, which includes recruitment, staffing training and development, and employee counseling. As Head of Human Resources at Mosaic, she has numerous years of experience in strategic human resources leadership. She handles key business functions such as planning future needs, management of projects, and overseeing employee relations.

She studied biology education at Lagos State University (LASU).
