As Chairperson of the company, Mr. Emmanuel I. Efuntayo is a seasoned and certified estate surveyor and valuer of repute and integrity. He has an academic foundation in Estate Management from The polytechnic, Ibadan and later obtained a Bsc Degree in Management and Law from Dublin Institute of Technology (Ireland). He has PGD from Liverpool University, a Diploma in Advanced Property Practice and Post-Graduate Diploma in Web Development and Design from the Institute of Commerce Management, London. He is also a Certified Estate Agent of the Republic of South Africa (CEASA). He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of science in Business Administration.
He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School Chief Executives Program (CEP 21). Mr Efuntayo is a fellow, Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (FNIVS) a Facility Management Professional (FMP) and a Professional Scrum Master (PSM). His meritorious career has taken him through reputable organizations like Nigerian National Petroluem Coroporation (NNPC), EIB Eko International Bank (Now Polaris Bank).
Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo has a wealth of experience in Estate Consultancy, Facilities Management, Project Management, Property Development and Property/Asset Valuation.
